Our summer camps have been great successes over the years, and we are confident that this summer will prove to be another great year for instructional programs for both members & non-members, juniors & adults to improve their sailing skills.
Our fleets of Club-420, Byte, Optimist Dinghy, and Optimist Pram are all available to sailors of all ages. In particular, our Optimist prams are available at no charge throughout the spring and summer to all Junior Members in good standing. Seasonal Leasing and Daily Rental programs are also available for our Byte and Club-420 fleets.

All instructors working for the Club are certified by the Canadian Yachting Association and experienced in both adult and junior learn-to-sail instruction and racing development. Instructional programs follow the CYA guidelines and classifications.

CYC also has a vibrant Junior Racing Program. The memories and friendships developed at this age level will last a lifetime! If your son or daughter is interested in the competitive side of sailing, please give the Club Manager a call. The Junior Team will train all spring and summer and attend provincial and Club regatta's as well as events outside Alberta.
